How ReiEducation: Form Recorder handles information.
Core privacy position
- Form Recorder is documented as an offline-first app.
- Most records, forms, classes, groups, notes, and attachments normally stay on your device.
- Code N Gram does not intentionally sell personal data or run advertising SDKs in the current build.
When account features are used
- Hosted account features may process your email address, Supabase user ID, sign-in provider state, entitlement state, and device overview data.
- Billing and account records are used to confirm Form Recorder access and Online Sync status.
- Support requests may include contact details, screenshots, bug details, and limited audit metadata needed to resolve account or sync issues.
Sync and storage
- Local Sync works between signed-in devices on the same account.
- Online Sync and cloud backup depend on server-side access state and current-device eligibility.
- When cloud-backed attachment flows are active, attachment blobs may use Cloudflare R2 while account and auth features use Supabase-backed services.
Your choices
- Archive export and import remain user-controlled.
- You are responsible for the security of exported files and the storage locations you choose.
